Red Planet Programming has the relevant experience to provide business analysis consultancy. We will work with our customers to help them to understand their system and business requirements.

It is critical that we understand what the customer wants to achieve from a project. If we think that a process can be improved by new systems we will tell you. Also if we believe that the project is not feasible we will be honest with you and tell you. We will never take on a project that we do not consider will be a benefit and cost saving to the customer.

As we work with you we will analyse the benefits and potential costs. A project needs to make financial sense for you. If there are alternative methods to use, then we will evaluate all alternatives.

At the end of the business analysis project we will give you a report to outline our findings.
